From May to October, come and enjoy two of our outdoor swimming pools, both heated up to 26°C.
The main pool is 1.60 m deep with a paddling pool 4×4 m, and the lagoon pool 1.20 m deep.
To the delight of all, both pools are equipped with water jets and water games (pool noodles, balls, goggles) – a perfect spot for families and younger children to have fun. Along the pools, for a complete well-being experience, parents can relax on deckchairs, in the sun or under parasols, and make the most of the summer bar for refreshments.
Our residence is the ideal place to welcome families, with adapted accommodations and services.

The courtyard is a cozy outdoor space where you can barbecue for free. You can also rent a charcoal barbecue, more information in the FAQ.
Feel free to make use of the furniture that is at your entire disposal: large wooden tables and a foosball game to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends.
Our pizza menu will make your mouth water. Discover tasty pizzas, made with love and cooked over a wood fire, to eat in or take away.
Fresh pastries and bread every day! You can order cereal bread, sugar pearl brioches, traditional baguettes, and mini pastries (croissants and pain au chocolat) the day before.

Discover our beautiful region by bike and have a good time with family or friends.
For free and subject to availability, you can rent a bike to make the most of the 600 km-long cycle paths of the area. Equipment you may need is included in the rental (locks, baskets, baby seats, etc.).

Toilets are located between the two swimming pools.
Both swimming pools are heated up to 26° C, and are open from May to October.
The spa is open all year round from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., by reservation only. The space is accessible to minors over the age of 16 years old, accompanied by an adult.
The babysitting service is not currently available.
Our courtyard area has gas barbecues available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Only the 3-bedroom family houses can rent one and put a charcoal barbecue on their terraces for an extra €5/day or €20/week (charcoal is not provided).
Yes, the residence is equipped with a free Wi-Fi network.
We provide bicycles for free. As well as baby seats, baskets, helmets for children and locks on request from reception.
You can meet at Côté Océan for your private events: weddings, birthdays with friends, family celebrations, baptisms, parties, charity meals…. Children can enjoy the outdoor equipment (ping-pong table, table football, swimming pools, pétanque) and green spaces.
You can meet at Côté Océan for your seminars, business meetings, conferences, presentations or product launches, company meals, after-works… We provide 2 rooms that can accommodate from 5 to 50 participants.
The residence does not have a luggage storage service.
The daily cleaning services are not included in the price of every accommodation.
